In Countries that have both a president and a Prime Minister, what roles do each of them play?
Q. Such as how do they interact with the Parliament/legislature and with courts. How do they represent their countries internationally and domestically? What role do they have in any laws that are passed? I realize that there are many countries that are like this and not all of them will be the same, but could you list a few, and give examples?

A. In Russia the prime minister used to be the president and it is almost certainly he who runs the country using the new president as a figurehead behind whom he acts. In other countries it varies, in many places the president is a ceremonial figure head in the same way that the Queen is in the UK with the prime minister doing the actual governing. In countries with a prime minister this is normally the role of the person who leads the government and passes the laws, they are often appointed by the president. If there is no prime minister then this role is carried out by the president directly. Why does the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms only apply to the government and not the people?
Q. 1. This Charter applies 1. to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matter within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and 2. to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province. 2. Notwithstanding subsection (1), section 15 shall not have effect until three years after this section comes into force. The purpose of this section is to make it clear that the Charter only applies to governments, and not to private individuals, businesses or other organizations. Should MP\MLA\MCs be not treated as Part Timer and paid accordingly?
Q. would u appreciate that MPs of both house,MLAs of State Assemblies and Councillors of Municipal Corporations are elected to make legislation and for this purpose Parliament sessions are held for some time,likewsie state legislatures are for fixed time and same is in the case of Municipal Councillors. Only Ministers can be termed as full timer worker.Should nation not think them to pay on part time basis, which they get as allowance for attending session and meetings.
